The Sue Miller Day of Caring organization is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) founded in 1981 as Colorado’s first breast cancer related organization.
Our mission is to inform, empower, and give hope to those affected by breast cancer.
Since our inception, we have served more than 17,500 breast cancer survivors and co-survivors with meaningful educational experiences and financial assistance.
We are proud that every dollar raised by The Day of Caring remains in the seven-county Denver metropolitan area. Being outstanding stewards of donor dollars, we are recognized as a ‘Gold Star’ rated nonprofit from Guidestar, a charity watchdog.
